Since their establishment in 2007 they have strived to express their eponymous stony soils through the classic Valpolicella varieties in as natural a way as possible. This means no chemical interventions in the vineyard or cellar, no new-fangled fads like ripasso, and amarone produced only in the best vintages. These stunning wines show what can be achieved with true passion and dedication.
