OD Bianco

An unconventional blend coming from the La Morra cru in Piemonte, 75% chardonnay & 25% Viognier. Fermented in stainless steel and aged in 500l oak barrels.

This wine shows tropical fruit flavour with complexity & drinkability, along with a chalky mineral finish.

An extremely drinkable red, where the natural spiciness of the Dolcetto and Barbera grapes is balanced by the fruit and roundness of Syrah. A short ageing in large oak barrels give an extra layer of elegance.

Low extraction, light filtration, plenty of fruit and an addictive drinking feel.
