Blend of Garganega, Moscato and Tocai, the Veneto IGT "Poldo" is the latest addition to the range of products offered by the Vignale di Cecilia company; endowed with a marked gastronomic vocation, it tickles the palate with pleasant fruity aromas, a prelude to a very satisfying drink, in which persuasive mineral notes also appear.
Vinified and aged in steel before being bottled. A white that is undoubtedly the expression of Paolo Brunello's passion and desire to get involved, without compromise but having fun.

Tutti Frutti Ananas is a collaborative project between three vignerons in Collioure and Banyuls: Manuel di Vecchi Staraz of Vinyer de la Ruca, Zé Tafé of La Cave des Normades and Joachim Roque of Domaine Carterole.
As the three produce very limited quantities of wine from their respective estates (the steep schist hills of Collioure/Banyuls are notoriously low-yielding), the goal of the project is to make a more approachable expression of these terroirs.

The Rosso ‘Covolo’, a 70:30 blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon fermented and aged in concrete vats, is the perfect example: full, rich without being overpowering, with heartiness and minerality that add complexity to this wonderful wine.
