Fly Fishing

Nothing much to do with wine, but Fly Fishing is a grapecircus passion. #justsaying

The Catch
The Flies
The Patience

Terre di Confine

The young and extremely talented Giulia Marangon (ex Stefano Amerighi’s assistant), and her partner Rachele Baldini took over 1.5ha of abandoned vineyards on the hills at the border between Tuscany and Liguria. Old terraces -the youngest plots are over 40 years old- co-planted with a myriad of different varietals typical of the area.

Lincontro-Terre-di-Confine-scaled

'lincontro' Vino Bianco

"Lincontro" is the result of 3 different harvests, with 3 different degrees of ripening: early, mature and slightly overripe. There are also 3 different winemaking styles: direct press, whole bunch, whole grain.
The grapes come from both vineyards (Montegreco and Monteverde).

“For us, the label represents a grape, within which we recognize both the marine and the terrigenous component.” Giulia

Old terraces -the youngest plots are over 40 years old- co-planted with a myriad of different varietals typical of the area. With not even 3000 bottles in total, the production is minuscule as it is our allocation.

We are talking about amazing wines made by incredible people, and we are extremely proud of representing them in Ireland.
