classical quirky vino
Falanghina and Greco from a 35-year-old vineyard in full maturity. Spontaneous fermentation in steel by indigenous yeasts and maceration on the skins for a few days.
Energetic and vigorous sip, with beautiful citrus notes of lime and orange peel. Intense color due to the maceration which gives notes of chinotto and yellow flowers. Very intense.

The Palagrello Rosso & Cabernet Sauvignon grapes for the Casa di Campagna come from the hills around Caiazzo at an altitude of 250 meters. They are harvested manually at the end of September. The wine is made in a completely natural way, without the addition of sulfites. After the soft pressing, the wine remains on the skins for several days. After fermentation, the wine matures for a few months, partly in oak barrels of 500 liters and partly in stainless steel barrels. The wine is not filtered or stabilized. Therefore, some deposits may remain in the glass.
