Barbianca

A wine from exclusively biodynamic viticulture, with interventions in harmony with the vineyard always reduced to a minimum.

Barbianca is made with a mix of white-grape varieties native of the territory, some known, others not so much.

The wine ferments with indigenous yeasts in concrete tanks; ages for 9 months in the same fermentation containers, and it is bottled unfiltered with a small addition of sulfur.

Marcobarba

Marcobarba is the project of three young men, Marco, Giulio and Tommaso, who share a passion for wine, biodynamic viticulture and respect for nature. Brought together by working with Stefano Menti, they began making wine from various small plots managed by Marco in the Soave and Gambellara areas. These vineyards are mainly owned by elderly people who are no longer able to work them, so the Marcobarba project is in many ways a sustainability effort also. They produce only a sparkling white and a red, both vinified as simply as possible, because, as they say, “enjoying a glass of wine is like working in the vineyard: a moment of happiness.”
